In the work we do together, you will find a mutally vulnerable experience as we identify your goals and work together to create the path to reaching them. We will do this while creating a safe home in your body, so you can find comfort from within through all of life’s challenges and changes.

Together we will identify your core desires in sex and love, and learn how this shapes your inner and outer worlds. whether you are in a relationship/partnership/with a lover, or single, you have a home here. All of your parts are welcome and we will work together to nourish all of thsoe parts so that you may grow and bloom.

As a Somatica trained coach I offer a thorough understanding of the process of and tools for: breathing into the body for grounding, reclaiming and reconnecting to the erotic self, boundaries, deshamifying, inner child care, attachment styles, core desires, dimensions of partner connection, emotional empowerment, the impact of trauma, resilience, and the ethic of repair in relationship.

As a certified Tantra instructor, I offer an even deeper dive into your body and energetic alignment with yourself and the world around you. Integrating somatica work with tantra leads us to full body realization, deep embodiment, expansion, energetic awareness, and connection.

Together we can work through all of the layers to reveal the true you, free from the chrysaline bounds of your own internal repression, so that you may spread your wings and fly into the world as the wholest, most embodied, sexiest, and most confident version of yourself!
